IAE Statement on Spirit Airlines Flight 165
A Spirit Airlines V2500®-powered A319 bound from Dallas to Atlanta on Oct. 15, experienced an incident shortly after take-off. The plane returned to Dallas and landed safely. IAE International Aero Engines is working with the National Transportation Safety Board to assess the situation. We cannot comment on investigations.
